Privacy and cookie policy
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through contip.net is Contip Paweł Błaszczyszyn. For any matters relating to personal data, please write to biuro@contip.net.
2. What data we process and why
- Contact form and project brief – name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and company name, and the content of your message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – correspondence).
- E-mail and phone correspondence – data you provide to us, in order to hold discussions and carry out our cooperation.
- Website security – IP address and basic technical request data, to protect against abuse and spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For the form submission limit we store a hash of the IP address for one hour.
- Statistics and marketing – only after you consent in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and then for the limitation period of possible claims. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to service providers we use to run the website and e-mail (hosting, mail server). If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, data about your use of the website will be processed by Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), which may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply to your enquiry.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- Necessary – the website session cookie (form handling) and your cookie choice stored in the browser. Always active.
- Analytics – Google Analytics loaded via Google Tag Manager, only with your consent.
- Marketing – advertising measurement tools, only with your consent.
